Schedule your office tour or pick up literature.
The World Service Office is open on Thursdays from 10 am until 2 pm Pacific for office tours or to pick up literature. To minimize the number of people in the building at one time, we use a self-scheduling calendar to ensure that our reduced staff can meet members’ needs when they are here. Visits may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. If there is a local convention or special event scheduled, we may add additional time slots on those weeks if needed.
Up to eight people can sign up for each 25-minute time slot. If you intend to order literature while you are here, please download and fill out this order form in advance if possible.
After you schedule you’ll get a confirmation email. Check your junk or spam folders if you don’t receive it.
PLEASE NOTE: Office visits will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
If you are scheduling a visit for a group, you must schedule each person in that group individually. After you have scheduled one member of the group, click on “Schedule another” on the confirmation page (see the image below) to schedule the next member of your group, and repeat this process for the same time slot until all members of the group have been signed up.
